Please keep in mind that almost all of our candles are made to order. Our current shipping time for retail is 7-10 business days & for wholesale 1-4 business weeks after full payment has been received. When placing an order, if you do order more than what is listed as quantity available, we will only send you the quantity we have available & issue a refund for the remaining amount. We have quantities listed because that is all that we currently have available for sale.
We only sell wholesale for the purpose of resale. No orders will be processed without your tax ID# or Business License Certificate # on file. A copy of your valid ID # or Business License may be requested.
In order to keep our wholesale prices low, free samples are not available. If you would like to sample our products prior to placing a wholesale order, please make your purchase through our retail site. Please email us prior to making your first wholesale purchase & your sample purchase will then be credited to your first wholesale order.

Payment Policy
Retail & Wholesale:
At this time, we accept paypal (preferred), postal money orders, cashier checks & personal checks.
If paying with a personal check, your order will NOT be processed until the check has been received & has cleared the bank. This could take an additional 7 to 14 business days. Please keep in mind that the current shipping time for retail is 7-10 business days & for wholesale 1-4 business weeks. This could delay your shipping an additional 7 to 14 business days.
There will be a $30 service fee on all returned checks. Please send postal money orders, cashier checks & personal checks within 5 days of placing order. If payment has not been received within 5 business days, you will be sent another invoice reminding you of your purchase. If you have not responded within 10 days, the order will be deleted & items will be relisted for sale.
Return Policy
Retail & Wholesale:
We strive for customer satisfaction but in the unlikely event that you are not happy with a product simply return it at your own expense within one week of purchase & let us know why. We will gladly replace it. No returns of an entire order without a liable reason.
All returns will be at the customer's expense. Customers will be liable for shipping fees on all returned or refused orders. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. All unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will not be processed for improper placement or display of candles. Fading or clouding caused by sun damage or strong florescent lighting or candles exposed to extreme heat are non-negotiable & are not refundable or restock able. Please take this into consideration when purchasing items with icing & crimbies as it tends to fade more quickly under certain conditions.
You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hrs from the time your order is placed. Sorry no refunds after 24 hrs.
Minimum Order Policy
Wholesale:
Your first wholesale order will have a $75.00 minimum & all reorders will carry a $50.00 minimum. Please allow 1-4 business weeks for delivery depending on order size & time of year. All orders must be paid in full before processing.
Retail & Wholesale Agreement
By submitting your retail or wholesale order(s), the purchaser automatically agrees to all the terms & conditions stated above.

We do not ship outside the USA.
Every candle item is made especially for you when your order is placed. Our candle products do not sit on shelves...they are made to order. We strive to ship your order out as soon as possible. Depending on size of order, our shipping time can take up to 7-10 business days. This can be longer during our busy season.
Once your order is complete, your order will be shipped USPS with a delivery confirmation number. You will receive an email verifying shipping with the delivery confirmation number.
Summer Shipping
Please keep in mind that if you live in a state with extremely high tempuratures, please plan ahead for your order.
Insurance
Insurance IS NOT INCLUDED. This is your responsibility. We are not responsible for any damages, lost or uninsured packages.
If you receive your package damaged and YOU PURCHASED INSURANCE, simply take the box to the USPS with the following:
